Satisfaction and Contentment

Buried within the journals of most all highly successful people is the philosophy that they are not afraid to try new things ~if she or he thinks that new thing is something better. The Entrepreneur's Code says: "You must be willing to toss your most cherished beliefs in the trash can if you find a better way."

Among the wise men of India there is a legend that says that when God was equipping man for his life-journey of exploration, the attending angel was about to add the gift of complete satisfaction, and the gift of contentment. God raised his hand and said, "No, if you give him that power you will rob him forever of the joy of self-discovery."

A key ingredient to success is the open-minded willingness to consider new facts, but only if they are better than the old ones!
